TEAL Organizations in Times of Industry 4.0

Purpose: The primary purpose is to present the state of development Teal organizations in age Industry 4.0. article assumes that (1) so-called soft management factors have a significant influence on organizations, and (2) companies operating under changing conditions must adapt these operate successfully. Design/Methodology/Approach: In course research following work was carried out: desk research, individual in-depth interview questionnaire. study covered 900 respondents from various micro small enterprises. based third stage empirical conducted 2020- 2021. Findings: Research results show functioning 4.0 should change embrace it. Qualities such as partnership, flexibility, trust, creativity are indispensable organization. Practical Implications: Organizations seeking implement teal qualities realize this process. Therefore, it necessary constantly monitor turbulent reality Originality/Value: (including pilot study, I, II) need consider conditions. An analysis selected shows how they can an organization, which particularly important for managers when comes style or organizational structure.
